Battle of the Bands

The Battle of the Bands is the main focus of the Zattzoo Project, created in memory of local hip hop artist Zakk Coss. The organization's mandate is to promote and reward Vancouver Island youth musicians. 

The Zattzoo Project performs fundraising all year long to raise money for the yearly Battle! They operate 50/50 draws at many events including the Five Acre music festivals and concert. They run the Wheel of Fortune at the Fall Fair. They also host a mini family hockey tournament every Boxing Day (December 26). All funds raised are for the Battle.
