Rogers Creek Park is one of the most popular parks on the North Side of the city. It is a very popular destination for wedding and graduation photography. Its peaceful surroundings and beautiful trees make it a local favourite. With a playground nearby, the park is also lively in the summer months as locals bring their children for a run through the water hoses that are available in the play area. Park benches, picnic tables, and a covered area allow for quite and relaxation times for those who wish to sit, observe, read, or enjoy a picnic with others. Above the creek is one of the train trestles that has been in use up to 2018.
